From past few days, I see one post on Facebook about “Facebook privacy notice”.

At, start I saw that in one friend’s post and later its spreading and I have seen many posts about it and that too, they are not sharing that post, they are just blindly copy pasting it because they see a final sentence of that post “ DO not Share. You have to copy and paste.”

I have faced this, and I hope many of you have faced this issues, and even some may have posted it as well about “Facebook privacy notice”.

The Facebook privacy notice looks like this:

"From Monday, 27th June 2016, 1528 IST, I don't give Facebook permission to use my
pictures, my information or my publications, both of the past and the future,
mine or those where I show up. By this statement,
I give my notice to Facebook it is strictly forbidden to disclose, copy, distribute
give, sell my information, photos or take any other action against me on the
basis of this profile and its contents.
The content of this profile is private and confidential information.
The violation of privacy can be punished by law
(UCC 1-308-1 1 308-103 and the Rome statute).

Note: Facebook is now a public entity.
All members must post a note like this.
If you prefer, you can copy and paste this version.
If you do not publish a statement at least once, you have given the tacit agreement
allowing the use of your photos, as well as the information contained in the
updates of the state of the profile. Do not share. You have to copy."

And in some cases its:

Better safe???? than sorry .... All your posts can become public tomorrow .
Even the messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed.
After all, it does not cost anything for a simple copy and paste
Better safe than sorry is right.
Channel 13 News was just talking about this change in Facebook's privacy policy.
I do not give Facebook or any entities associated with Facebook permission to use
my pictures, information, or posts, both past and future.
By this statement, I give notice to Facebook it is strictly forbidden to disclose,
copy, distribute, or take any other action against me based on this profile and/or
its contents. The content of this profile is private and confidential information.
The violation of privacy can be punished
by law (UCC 1-308- 1 1 308-103 and the Rome Statute).
NOTE: Facebook is now a public entity.
All members must post a note like this.
If you prefer, you can copy and paste this version.
If you do not publish a statement at least once it will be tactically allowing
the use of your photos, as well as the information contained in the profile status
updates. DO NOT SHARE. You MUST copy and paste.

And in 2015 it look like this:

“Now it’s official! It has been published in the media.
Facebook has just released the entry price: $5.99 to keep the subscription of your
status to be set to “private”. If you paste this message on your page, it will be
offered free (paste not share) if not tomorrow, all your posts can become public.
Even the messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed.
After all, it does not cost anything for a simple copy and paste.”

That is nothing but the scam; this same message has been repeating from 2012 and from then it’s just giving a year or two gap and just repeating after all are forgetting about it.
The Facebook privacy notice scam is first started in 2012 and later in 2015, 2015, and now it’s being shared again on the social media sites with a similar format.
The only difference between them is just the texting modification; the silly thing is they have added some more text to the post that’s it.

It’s a hoax again.

Hoax: Hoax is a word that describes anything that is not real. Means all the scam news which tends to create fear.

Let me tell you in detail,
The message about the “ Privacy update is nothing but a HOAX”. So, don’t fall into that trouble.

Facebook has never made such announcement; it’s just hoax.

Facebook has issued the following statement about this particular post.

So, friends stop these types of posts, if you see any msg like these just delete it, Don’t tend to share these posts and make others fear or giving a chance for them to laugh at you.

If you still feel this as real to you then run some Facebook privacy tests, if you still don’t believe then just go to setting and change your privacy settings to only me. So that no can see your post. Because frankly saying its better than posting this kind of stuff.
